Steps to certify your artist account
To unlock these tools, the artist's TikTok account must be certified via either method:
Option 1: In the TikTok Mobile App
Open TikTok and navigate to:
Profile → Settings & Privacy → Creator Tools → Artist Hub → Apply Now
